Ecology is holding a public comment period for NPDES Waste Discharge Permit for Chelan County PUD - Rocky Reach Dam. Permit No. WA0991032. The permit allows discharge of non-contact cooling water to the Columbia River from its facility located at Hwy 97, 6 miles north of Wenatchee, WA.

All comments must be submitted by Sept. 29, 2023.
