Draft Financial Capability Assessment Guidance for the Nutrient General Permit

We are asking for comments on the draft Financial Capability Assessment Guidance. This guidance is for permittees under the Puget Sound Nutrient General Permit to help them complete an AKART (All known available and reasonable methods of prevention, control, and treatment) analysis.
