New temporary fuel pathway and carbon intensity (CI) values application

The Department of Ecology invites the public and local governments, tribes, and any others, to review and comment on the Montana Renewables, LLC temporary fuel pathways and carbon intensity (CI) values for renewable naphtha. 


Pursuant to WAC 173-424-610(11) of, Ecology may approve a new temporary pathway for a fuel or feedstock fuel combination not found in Table 8 of WAC 173-424-900. Montana Renewables, LLC has requested that Ecology add temporary fuel pathways and CI values for renewable naphtha.


The following new temporary fuel pathway and CI values application is now available for public review: Establishing Temporary Fuel Pathways Codes and Carbon Intensity Values for Renewable Naphtha and Renewable Gasoline Blendstock.



Application materials for review are available at the bottom of this page by selecting the "Review Documents" button.
