We invite you to comment on availability of State Waste Discharge Permit Application for Microsoft Malaga Data Center Campus (EAT12, EAT13, EAT14), Permit No. ST0501377.


The application may be viewed at the Department of Ecology (Department) website: https://apps.ecology.wa.gov/paris/FacilitySummary.aspx?FacilityId=99999363.


Following evaluation of the application and other available information, a draft permit will be developed which would allow the discharge of Noncontact Cooling Water with Additives to Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority.  All discharges to be in compliance with the Department of Ecology's Water Quality Standards for a permit to be issued.
