We invite you to comment on availability of State Waste Discharge Permit Application for Snow & Sons Produce Co., Permit No. ST0501367.


The application may be viewed at the Department of Ecology (Ecology) website:https://apps.ecology.wa.gov/paris/FacilitySummary.aspx?FacilityId=5958243. 


Following evaluation of the application and other available information, a draft permit will be developed which would allow the discharge of industrial wastewater to ground by land application from its facility located at 521 Wellner Road, Outlook, WA 98938. All discharges to be in compliance with the Department of Ecology's Water Quality Standards for a permit to be issued.
