Draft 2026 Construction Stormwater General Permit - Formal Public Comment Period


The Washington State Department of Ecology is releasing the draft Construction Stormwater General Permit for public comment.

The current permit went into effect on Jan. 1, 2021, and expires on Dec. 31, 2025. The draft permit, all associated documents, and information about informational workshops and public hearings can be found on the Construction Stormwater General Permit webpage.
